Necessary products:

  • 600 g of jelly
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste or ketchup
  • Bay leaf
  • oil
  • pepper
  • left

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a saucepan and pour 2 cups of water over it. Add 2 tablespoons of fat. Stew for about 15 minutes on low heat. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Cut onions into semicircles. Fry onions and potatoes in oil for about 15 minutes. Add salt to taste and add the tomato puree. Leave on the stove for another 3-4 minutes. Mix the prepared cabbage with onions and potatoes, stew everything together for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the chopped garlic, bay leaf and 3 tablespoons oil. You can add green peas or other vegetables you like. Stew for 10 - 15 minutes, distribute in a plate and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
