Required products :
3 medium lemons
canned tuna in oil
1/4 red onion
3 sprigs of parsley or dill
6 pitted olives
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Saute the washed whole lemons with boiling water. Cut off the bottom (for durability) and the top. Make vertical incisions in the citrus peels, leaving a distance of about a centimeter between them.
Mash the fish with a fork, finely chop the onion and parsley and cut the olives into small cubes.
Mix all prepared products (tuna, onion, parsley, mustard and olives).
Carve the inside of the lemons, remove the seeds and add to the other products. Add the crushed garlic, mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir and the filling is ready. Fill the lemon bowls with it, which you close with the previously cut lids.
Arrange on a plate and refrigerate for at least an hour.
