Beat the yolks with the other products with a mixer and add the flour last. Separately beat the egg whites to a froth. Add them gradually to the main mixture.
Grease a 28 cm diameter dish with oil and line with baking paper. Pour the dough into it and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool completely before pouring the glaze.
The glaze is made easily by mixing lemon juice and powdered sugar and stirring with a wire whisk. You should get a thick consistency.
You can decorate the cake with slices of lemon.
