How To Cook Lemon Candies With Coconut And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 170 grams of cream cheese
  • 60 grams of coconut or cow butter
  • 30 grams of sweetener + 1 tea to sweeten the coconut
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • peel of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated unsweetened coconut

Method of preparation :

Leave the butter and cream cheese at room temperature to soften.

Combine all products with the excluded coconut and knead into a ball. Put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.

Meanwhile, mix the coconut with 1 teaspoon of sweetener.

Take the dough out of the freezer and form small balls, which you roll in the coconut shavings.

Arrange the candies on a tray lined with paper and freeze again for 10-30 minutes.

Eat them cold to keep them intact. Store them in a tightly closed box in the freezer or refrigerator.
