Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry onion and chicken fillet, cut into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, curry and the juice of one lemon.
Add the rice, vegetable mix, raisins, soy sauce and pour the water or broth. Let the dish simmer on low heat until the liquid is reduced.
