How To Cook Lemon Chicken With Raisins, Rice And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of vegetable mix of peas, carrots and corn
  • 70 grams of raisins
  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil, salt, pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 5 grams of curry
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 350 milliliters of water or broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry onion and chicken fillet, cut into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, curry and the juice of one lemon.

Add the rice, vegetable mix, raisins, soy sauce and pour the water or broth. Let the dish simmer on low heat until the liquid is reduced.

Pour it into a plate, garnish with quartered lemon and chopped fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy the taste.
