Required products :

1.5 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
3/4 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to a temperature of 170-180 degrees.

Mix the flour with the sugar, salt, baking soda and grated lemon peel. Make an indentation in the dry combination and pour the liquid products there. You can reduce the amount of oil to 1/2 if you want the cookies to be very greasy.

Knead the dough, give the desired shape to the sweets and arrange them in a tray, leaving a distance between them (about 5 centimeters).

Bake them in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.

Serve with a cup of warm aromatic tea.
