Necessary products:

 

  • 5 lemons
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 3-4 leaves of fresh mint
  • 10 grams of vanilla powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

The cream and milk should be cooled for two hours before you start preparing the dessert. Mix them in a bowl, add the lemon juice, some of the lemon zest, vanilla and sugar.

Beat in a mixer on medium speed. Pour into dessert cups and garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint leaves. Cool and serve!
