Necessary products:

flour (as needed)

1 tsp skim cream

250 g butter

1 lemon

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tbsp soda quenched in vinegar

Method of preparation:

Mix the cream with the chopped butter and baking soda. Then add the pre-sifted flour and knead the dough to peel off the hands. Divide it into two parts and put it in the fridge for half an hour to cool. While this is going on, make the filling.

Pour boiling water over the lemon (to remove the bitter taste), then grate it on a coarse grater together with the peel. Add sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and mix well. Roll out "loaves" of dough no thicker than 1 cm. Place one of them in a pan greased with oil, spread the lemon filling, close with the second loaf and pinch the edges.

Bake the pie on medium heat for 40-45 minutes. When cool, cut into portions and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
