How To Cook Lemon Pudding Cupcakes With Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

240 grams of sugar
120 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
15 grams butter
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
80 milliliters lemon juice
360 milliliters milk

powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 175.
Mix the flour with the salt and sugar using a fork.

 

In another bowl, beat the yolks with the lemon zest and butter. Then, without stopping to beat, carefully pour the lemon juice. Combine the mixture with the flour and then add the milk.

 

 

Stir constantly so that no lumps form.

Beat the egg whites to a froth and add to the dough.

 

 

Distribute it in suitable bowls, which you arrange in a tray with a little water.

 

Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished pudding cupcakes with powdered sugar and serve.
