Required products :

  • 50 milliliters of lemon juice
  • 1 apple
  • ice cubes
  • 50 milliliters of lime juice
  • 100 milliliters of vodka
  • 750 milliliters of dry white wine
  • 300 milliliters of lemonade
  • 2 limes
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 2 peaches

 

Method of preparation :

Peel 1 lemon and 1 lime, remove the flesh from the skins.

Peel the apples, cut into 4 parts, remove the core with the seeds. Put in a blender bowl and chop finely with the appropriate attachment.

Squeeze the juice from the remaining lime and lemon.

Peel the peaches, puree one, then strain and cut the other into thin slices.

In a large bowl pour the wine and vodka, add a small piece of lime and lemon, apples, peach slices, the flesh of citrus.

Last put peach juice, close the jar with a lid and store for 12 hours in the refrigerator (or leave in a cool place).

When this time has elapsed, remove the citrus peels from the bowl, pour in the lime and lemon juice, the chilled lemonade and ice cubes.

Pour the drink into a jug and serve.
