Required products :
2 teaspoons flour
100 grams sour cream
2 eggs
50 grams butter
1 tablespoon sugar
soda on the tip of a knife
For the stuffing:
2 lemons
200 grams sugar
100 grams walnuts or other nuts of your choice
100 grams raisins
1 protein
powdered sugar
vanilla
Method of preparation :
Start by making the filling. Wash the lemons and pour 2-3 times hot water over them. Then drain the liquid, allow the fruit to cool, cut in half and remove the seeds.
Grate with a coarse grater along with the crusts. Mix with the sugar, spray with water and cook until transparent.
Grind the walnuts, add the washed raisins to them and mix together with the lemon mass.
Sift the flour, put the soda, butter and cut the latter. Add the sugar, egg yolks, cream and knead a soft dough, which you put in the fridge overnight.
The next day, roll it out very thinly, stretch it with your hands, smear the surface with egg white, spread the filling and roll it up. Cut it into two parts, place in a suitable tray, the bottom of which you have covered with oiled parchment.
Brush the roll with egg white, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished lemon sweetness with powdered sugar to which you have added vanilla.
