How To Cook Lemon Salad With Cheese, Couscous And Cucumbers - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon couscous
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 grams of shredded cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil, drain and cool the couscous.

 

Pour it into a bowl, add the quartered cucumbers, parsley and grated cheese. Grate the rind of the lemon and add it to the vegetables.

 

Mix the juice with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

 

Season the salad with the resulting mixture, stir and cool. Serve it cold, garnished with fresh parsley leaves and a slice of lemon.
