How To Cook Lemon Truffles With White Chocolate And Coconut - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/3 tea cup whipping cream
  • 1 lemon, peel
  • 140 grams of white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • coconut shavings

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the cream and grated lemon peel in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Once the mixture is bubbling, quickly add the white chocolate and stir vigorously to melt.
  • Add the butter and lemon juice and stir again until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours, and best leave the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Shape the truffles with a small spoon and roll them in coconut shavings.
  • If they will not be consumed immediately, arrange them in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
  • Allow the truffles to stand at room temperature before serving.
