Learn how to cook "Salad of lentils, rice and vegetables with olives". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1/2 teaspoon green lentils
1/2 teaspoon long grain rice
1 tomato
1 cucumber
leaf lettuce
olives
capers
olive oil and lemon juice for flavoring
Method of preparation :
Pour 3 teaspoons of water into a saucepan. Once it boils, pour the lentils and let it boil for 20 minutes. Then add the rice, add salt and let it cook until the grains absorb all the liquid (about 15-20 minutes).
Drizzle with olive oil and allow the combination to cool.
Meanwhile, cover the bottom of a suitable dish with lettuce leaves. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into large pieces.
When the lentils and rice have cooled, pour them into the prepared dish, add the vegetables and garnish with olives and capers.
Mix lemon juice and olive oil to flavor the finished salad.
