Required products :
200 grams of lentils
1 liter of water
100 milliliters of olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
200 grams of mushrooms of your choice
salt to taste
green spices of your choice
Method of preparation :
Wash the lentils, chop the onions and mushrooms, grate the carrots.
Heat olive oil in a pan and pour onion and carrot into it. When lightly fried, add the mushrooms and let everything cook for another 5 minutes.
Then add the lentils, pour the water and let the soup cook over low heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add salt to taste, add ground black pepper and preferred green spices. A minute later, puree and spread the soup on a plate.
You can submit with croutons.
