Boil the eggs, peel them and cut into thin pieces. Wash the lettuce, and the sorrel wash and spray with hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Cut the onion. Sprinkle both lettuce and sorrel with lemon juice, cut them into thin strips. Mix the leaves and leave them for 15 minutes in a cool place. Then mix in a bowl the sorrel, lettuce and green onions. Dissolve the salt in a little water and pour in the oil. Pour the resulting combination over the salad, stir. Garnish with olives and pieces of boiled eggs.
