How To Cook Lettuce Salad With Chicken Breast, Mozzarella And Aromatic Garlic Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

lettuce leaves
lemon juice
boiled chicken breast
tomatoes
peppers
boiled eggs
mozzarella
croutons

For the sauce:
mustard
garlic
nutmeg
olive oil
soy sauce

Determine the quantities of the products yourself according to your taste preferences and the
desired number of servings.

Method of preparation :

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and chop. Put them in a salad bowl or a suitable container, sprinkle with lemon juice and the sauce you made, mixing mustard, finely chopped or crushed garlic, nutmeg, olive oil and soy sauce.

Cut the cooked chicken breasts into thin pieces that are approximately the same size as the lettuce, add to the salad bowl. Then put the diced tomatoes and peppers, sprinkle with sauce again.
Followed by grated or finely boiled eggs and mozzarella into small cubes.
Finally, add croutons that you can make yourself from fresh white bread. Cut the slices into small cubes and fry in garlic oil.
Sprinkle with sauce again and the salad is ready.
