Necessary products:

16 large lettuce leaves

100 grams of soft goat cheese

60 grams of parmesan

1 bunch mix of arugula, watercress, green onions, dill

Method of preparation:

Steam the leaves for 2 minutes and place on a clean towel. Chop onions, carrots, celery and fry until soft in 3 tablespoons of fat over medium heat (10 minutes). Leave a few sprigs of green spices for decoration, and the rest (without a slice of onion) cut into small pieces. Chop the watercress leaves with your hands and add to the vegetables. Arrange the sarma in a lightly greased pan with olive oil and steam.

In a saucepan mix 1 cup water and wine, add nutmeg and black peppercorns, wait for it to boil. Then place the dish with the sarma in the pan, close with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

When ready, arrange on a plate, garnish with green spices and serve.
