Required products :
125 grams butter
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
3 ripe bananas
1.5 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the glaze:
50 grams of chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add the soda to the milk and beat the butter with the sugar until you get an airy creamy mixture. Then add the egg and milk with the soda to the sweet butter combination, beat.
Mix the baking powder with the flour and add it together with the banana puree to the ready-made mixture.
Mix everything thoroughly and pour the dough into a round shape with a diameter of about 20-12 centimeters, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
Bake the cake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Remove to cool on a wire rack.
During this time, make the glaze, mixing in a suitable small bowl the broken pieces of chocolate and butter, melt them over low heat, stirring constantly.
Cover the slightly warm cake with the chocolate mixture and serve.
