Required products :

2 tomatoes

1 pepper

2.5 - 3 tablespoons rice

1 medium onion

1.5 liters of vegetable broth or water

parsley to taste

1 - 2 tablespoons oil or olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

salt and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and chop finely.

Boil the tomatoes in boiling water for about a minute and peel them. Then cut into small cubes.

Wash the pepper, clean it from the seeds, cut it into small cubes.

Finely chop the parsley, wash the rice.

Heat the fat in a suitable pan, fry the onion in it for about 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Add parsley, tomatoes and leave the products on the stove for another 2 minutes. Then add the peppers, stir and a minute later pour the broth or water. When the liquid boils, add the rice and stir again. Close the pan with a lid and let the soup cook over low heat for about 15 minutes (stir periodically).

Finally, season with salt and pepper, remove from the heat and wait 10-15 minutes before serving.

When spread on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
