Necessary products:

 

  • 30 lilac flowers
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 sachets of lemon zest
  • 2.5 kilograms of sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flowers in a saucepan and pour the water. Add the lemon juice and stir. Leave the mixture to stand overnight and strain it.

Add sugar to the floral liquid, stir until dissolved and boil. After boiling, reduce the power and continue the process until fully compressed.

Cool, pour into suitable bottles or jars. Consume the syrup diluted with water.
