Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cream fry
  • 400 grams of whole grain linguine
  • mermaid feta
  • dill
  • roasted walnuts

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Put the sliced ​​beets and whole garlic cloves in a pan, pour olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Put thyme stalks on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Grind the roasted beets, squeezing the garlic cloves to it. Add beans, vinegar, cream fry and 7 tablespoons of water. Blend, and if your sauce seems thick, add a little more water.
