Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Put the sliced beets and whole garlic cloves in a pan, pour olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Put thyme stalks on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Grind the roasted beets, squeezing the garlic cloves to it. Add beans, vinegar, cream fry and 7 tablespoons of water. Blend, and if your sauce seems thick, add a little more water.
Boil the pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve each serving with cheese, walnuts and a few sprigs of dill.
