How To Cook Lion Steamed Meatballs Spicy Minced Meat - Rice

Learn how to cook "Lyon meatballs steamed with spicy minced meat and rice". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of minced meat, a mixture of beef and pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • a few sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • black pepper and cumin to taste
  • 100 grams of finely chopped marinated mushrooms
  • 1 grated onion, drained
  • 1 teaspoon blanched rice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the soy sauce, ginger, parsley, black pepper and cumin. Stir, add finely chopped marinated mushrooms and drained onions. Knead the minced meat, if possible mix with a metal fork or dough attachments.

 

In this way the meat will not be warmed by the hands and will remain firm. Cool the resulting mixture for an hour and form balls of equal size. Roll everything in rice.

 

Arrange on a wire rack. Depending on the appliance you are using, pour water and cover with a lid so that steam forms.

 

Cook for half an hour, add more liquid if necessary. When ready, cool, arrange the meatballs on a plate and serve.
