Required products :

500 milliliters of high quality vodka

200 milliliters of condensed milk

4 egg yolks

1 tablespoon instant coffee

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

400 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20%

vodka can be replaced with whiskey

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the yolks and condensed milk in a suitable container. Add the vanilla sugar, coffee and beat with a mixer. Without stopping the whipping, add the cream. Finally, pour the vodka and beat once more until a homogeneous mixture.

Leave the finished liqueur in a warm place for 1 hour, then store in the refrigerator.

You can store the drink for a long time (up to 3 months).
