Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 cup kefir / yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • fruit of choice (in this case kiwi is used)
  • left
  • for sprinkling: powdered sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with a cup of sugar, add a pinch of salt and kefir / yogurt in which / which you extinguished the soda. Next is the flour (almost a whole cup) and stir. The dough will turn out a little thick. Pour it into a pre-greased and floured cake tin and arrange the selected fruits on the surface.

Bake the fruit pie in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar as soon as it cools.
