Learn how to cook "Liquid dough with mayonnaise for pies and pizzas". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 full tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon flour (more may be needed)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • leavening agent
  • left

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs (if they are small in size, you can use 3 pieces). Add salt and mayonnaise, while beating until smooth with the consistency of a wire for this purpose.

Mix the baking powder with the flour and then pour the mayonnaise over the eggs. Stir and pour a tablespoon of oil. A liquid resembling thick cream should be obtained (if necessary, use a little more flour).

The finished dough is immediately poured into a greased pan and spread evenly on the bottom with a spoon. Then add ketchup, tomato paste or other suitable sauce, on which the preferred filling is distributed.

The pizza is baked in the oven.

If you decide to make a pie, knead a double dose of dough. Pour half into a pan, put the filling, cover with the remaining liquid mixture.

Enjoy your meal!
