Required products :

500 grams of liver of your choice

150 grams of bacon

2 large onions

2 carrots

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon (without skin) into small pieces and fry until golden until enough fat is released.

 

Then add the chopped onions.

 

Grate the carrots, add them to the onion and bacon. Let everything cook until golden.

 

Wash the liver and soak it in a soda solution to remove odors. The proportions for preparing the solution are 1 tablespoon of baking soda topped with 2 liters of water. Then cut it into pieces and fry in vegetable oil.

 

Add it to onions and carrots, season with salt and pepper.

 

Grind the resulting mixture using a meat grinder, further beat in a blender.

 

Distribute the pate in suitable containers and store in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze.
