How To Cook Liver Salad With Pickles, Cheese And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of liver (pork or beef)
  • 1-2 pickles
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2-3 boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • left
  • pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the liver well under running water (clean the skins) and put it in boiling water, which you have salted and seasoned to taste (you can use cumin seeds or whatever flavors you prefer). Boil until done (about 30 minutes).

 

Then remove from the broth, let cool slightly and cut into straws.

 

Put in a deep salad bowl, season.

 

Grate the pickles and add them to the liver.

 

It's time for the planed yellow cheese (you can use more).

 

Finally, hard-boiled eggs, which must also be grated in advance.

 

Cover the products with mayonnaise and do not stir.
