How To Cook Livers With Potatoes, Mushrooms And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Livers with potatoes, mushrooms and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of potatoes
150 grams of chicken liver
150 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of sour cream or mayonnaise
2 onions
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic
green and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Put them in a bowl with salted water and place on the stove. Five minutes before they are completely ready, remove from the heat and drain the liquid.

Wash the liver, cut and boil.

Chop onions, grate carrots, cut mushrooms into tiles. Stew the prepared products on low heat until ready. Then add the mayonnaise, garlic, potatoes, liver and season to taste. Stir.

Let everything simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
