How To Cook Long Grain Rice With Tuna, Chili And Onion - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of canned tuna
  • 1.5 teaspoons cooked long grain rice
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon Indian spice garam masala
  • left


Method of preparation :

Heat the oil in a pan and pour the cumin seeds into it. Fry them and add the finely chopped onion and chili peppers. When the onion softens, add the turmeric, the Indian spice garam masala and add salt.

Stir, pour the fish into the bowl with the aromatic mix, add the cooked rice, then stir again.

Stew the dish for 5-7 minutes and serve, shaping beautifully.
