Required products :
1 kg of dried apples
10 liters of water
raisins to taste
cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the sliced and dried apples into a suitable container (bottle or other), pour cold boiled water and cover tightly with a piece of cloth. Leave in a cool place for 2-3 days without opening. Then move to a basement, cellar or other similar room where the liquid should begin to ferment.
When the process begins, add the raisins, a little cinnamon and close the jar with a cork. Allow the liquid to stand for a few weeks and the drink is ready.
