Required products :
500-550 grams of boiled chicken breast
70 grams of skim cottage cheese
fresh basil to taste
small red sweet pepper (maybe 1/2 of it)
1 egg
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
pieces of carrot
Preparation :
Grease a suitable bowl with oil. Put a few carrot rings on the bottom.
Dissolve the starch in the water.
Put the chicken breasts in a blender, add the cottage cheese, fresh basil leaves, peeled pepper, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, dissolved starch. Grind everything and pour into the prepared bowl.
Place in the microwave for 7 minutes at a power of 800 W. Do not remove immediately, but leave the dish to stand for another 10-15 minutes without opening the oven door.
Then turn the pate over on a plate and serve.
