If you are interested in a low-carb diet, this recipe will be very useful. Usually, when we give up bread, we do not always give up the desire to make a sandwich or just spread a slice of butter. The good news is that there are already many recipes that give us this opportunity, and at the same time do not burden our menu with extra carbohydrates.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tea cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 eggs

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, sea salt and baking soda, and mix well. In another bowl, beat the eggs together with the coconut oil. Pour the wet and dry ingredients in a thin stream and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture and all the ingredients are absorbed.
Grease a small bread pan with butter and pour the mixture. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, checking with a stick if the bread is ready.
