Required products :

150 grams of bacon
600 grams of pork
1 onion
300 grams of bacon
ground black pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat and bacon into large pieces, peel the onion and cut it into 4 parts, then grind them with a machine for this purpose.

 

Mix them in a deep bowl, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and knead like a dough (for about 20 minutes). Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

 

Pour hot water into a suitable container, wetting your hands with it, from the mixture form long flat "sausages", which are strung on special kebab skewers (or adjust another suitable).

 

Wrap them in strips of bacon and bake on the grill, turning the skewers often.
