Required products :

  • 1 serving of Indian stew Dahl with chickpeas, cauliflower and spinach
  • Indian bread Naan
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 radish
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 500 milliliters of water

fruit (optional) or:

  • 2 berries
  • slices of kiwi
  • pieces of tangerine

Method of preparation :

Cut the cucumber into cubes, tomatoes into halves and transfer to the lunch box.

Cut the fruit, add them.

Prepare Indian stew Dahl with chickpeas, cauliflower and spinach and pack 1 serving in a box with a lid.

Bake Indian bread Naan, cut into 2 pieces and put in a bowl, close with a lid.

Prepare a bottle of water and add 1 cup of yogurt for a snack.
