How To Cook Macaroni In The Oven With Dock, Cheese And Chicken - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of pasta in a form of your choice
  • 1 bunch fresh onion and one bunch fresh mint
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 200 grams of scalded dock
  • 400 grams of diced chicken breast
  • 200 grams of shredded cheese

 

for topping

 

  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour two liters of water into a deep saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Boil the pasta, drain and cool. Set aside, while heating the olive oil in a pan and fry the green onions, mint and dock and the finely chopped chicken.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir. Remove from the heat, grease a suitable rectangular pan, arrange the pasta and distribute the filling. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with the remaining paste.

Add the grated yellow cheese, beat the eggs with the milk and pour over the dish. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden. Cut into pieces, distribute portions and serve the pasta warm.
