Required products :

  • 3 chicken leg steaks
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 250 grams of cream fry
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 300 grams of cooked pasta
  • grains of 2 cobs of corn

Required products :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Arrange the chicken in a tray lined with paper. Rub it with garlic, add lemon and lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil and wine. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes, until done.

Cut the meat and mix the juices from the pan with the fried cream, sour cream, mustard, parmesan and chives. Stir to combine and pour into the pan. Sprinkle with a little chives before serving.
