Required products :

1 kg of fresh frozen mackerel
1/2 lemon a
handful of raisins
1 teaspoon light beer
2 tablespoons oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Clean the fish, wash it, dry it and cut it into pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Squeeze the lemon juice, grate the peel with a fine grater.
Drizzle the mackerel with the juice and put in the fridge for an hour.
Wash the raisins and pour hot water over them.
When you take the fish out of the fridge, put it in a deep pan and sprinkle with lemon zest and raisins. Drizzle with oil and beer, close the container with a lid and simmer the dish on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
Serve the fish on lettuce leaves, garnish with lemon slices.
