How To Cook Mackerel Rolls With Garlic, Mushrooms And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • mackerel
  • bow
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • mushrooms
  • soy sauce
  • spices to taste
  • fresh parsley
  • milk

Determine the quantities of the products according to the desired number of servings and your taste preferences.

Method of preparation :

Clean the mackerel from the bones and put it in fresh milk for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling.
Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot olive oil for about 3 minutes. Take them out of the bowl and put the coarsely grated mushrooms in it, pour soy sauce and spices to taste.
Five minutes later, add the garlic and onion that you have already cooked. Add chopped fresh parsley, stir and return to the mackerel.

Drain the milk and let it dry a bit. Cut into two parts (lengthwise), salt each and dip in soy sauce. Distribute the filling evenly over the pieces of fish and form rolls, which you fasten with toothpicks.
It remains to bake the dish in a preheated oven until ready.
