How To Cook Mackerel With Melted Cheese, Yellow Cheese, Potatoes And Mushrooms - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mackerel with melted cheese, yellow cheese, potatoes and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of fresh frozen mackerel
  • 200 grams of boiled potatoes
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 grams of melted cheese and yellow cheese
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce (1 dessert spoon)
  • suitable spices

Method of preparation :

Cut the mackerel along the spine without dividing it into two parts. Clean it of bones and entrails, then spread with soy sauce, olive oil and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Chop the garlic, mushrooms and onions. Fry the garlic and onion together in olive oil and the mushrooms separately.

Grate the boiled potatoes, melted cheese and yellow cheese.

Put the fish in a pan on a sheet of greased aluminum foil. Sprinkle with dried herbs and spices, black pepper and spread onion with garlic on the fish.

Next is a layer of melted cheese, a row of fried mushrooms, grated boiled potatoes, salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Cover everything with the yellow cheese and form a "bowl" from the foil, folding its edges on all sides.

Bake for about half an hour in the oven, keeping the temperature medium (180 degrees).

You can make a romantic decoration of tomatoes and potatoes. To do this, cut a heart from the two vegetables and fry the potatoes.

Have a good time!
