Necessary products:
1 pack. Philadelphia cheese
1 can of mango (large)
1 corner. condensed milk
10 g gelatin
Method of preparation:
Dissolve gelatin in 120 ml of warm water. Using a blender, beat the cheese and then add the condensed milk. Pour all the syrup from the canned mango, you will not need it, and pour the fruit into a blender, beat once more, pour the water with gelatin and beat again. You should get a homogeneous mass. It is very important not to stop before you have made the mixture. Then distribute it in glass or porcelain molds or bowls and refrigerate for about 10 - 12 hours.
You can use any canned fruit to make mousse, you can also put fresh. Determine the amount yourself, it should be enough to feel the taste of the fruit.
