Learn how to cook "Marble cake with fruit, cottage cheese and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

280 grams of flour
4 eggs (2 for the dough and 2 for the filling)
180 grams of butter
80 grams of sugar
400 grams of sweetened condensed milk
200 grams of cottage cheese with a fat content of up to 9%
100 milliliters of lemon juice - or another citrus of your choice - maybe orange or lime, also grapefruit)
150 grams of canned fruit
3 tablespoons starch
60 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour, eggs, butter and sugar in a suitable bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth (not very high speed).

Form the resulting dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. When you take it out, distribute it in a suitable pan, the bottom of which you have greased with oil. The layer should not be thick, also lift the edges slightly to cover part of the walls of the vessel.

Make the filling by mixing condensed milk with cottage cheese and eggs, add starch, lemon juice and fruit.

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl and add about 1/3 of the white filling.

On the base in the pan put randomly with a spoon of the two mixtures (white with fruit and chocolate). You can mix a little of the fillings and you will get a medium shade to include in the "painting".

Bake the cake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. When cool, cut into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
