Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • juice of two lemons
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 250 grams of confectionery cream
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 450 grams of raspberries

 

Method of preparation:


Soak and dissolve the gelatin in water. Mix the yogurt with the cream, add the vanilla sugar and part of the crystal.

Beat until smooth, add half the gelatin, pour into dessert cups and cool. In a saucepan, heat the raspberries with the remaining sugar and gelatin, stir and pour the lemon juice.

After 5 minutes, remove from the heat and allow to cool. To the cooled panna cotta, distribute 1-2 tablespoons of the fruit mixture and store in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Serve the desserts cold and enjoy them.
