Peel an onion, chop finely and place in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
The marinade is ready. Seafood should stay in it for a maximum of 15 minutes, and meat and poultry for a minimum of 30 minutes, and you can leave it overnight.
Bake the marinated meat in a pan, grill or oven.
