Cut the veal into very thin (almost transparent) pieces, sprinkle with ground black and red pepper, salt.
Make the marinade by mixing vinegar, lemon juice, wine and soy sauce. Put the meat in it and put it in the fridge overnight.
Then take out half of the veal in the salad bowl, pour olive oil, spread the finely chopped onion and chopped dill and / or parsley on top. Next is a row of the remaining meat, again onions and green spices.
Serve the appetizer with olive decoration (black or green).
