Required products :

  • 400-500 grams of beef
  • 50-60 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 50-60 milliliters of dry red wine
  • 40-50 milliliters of wine vinegar
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • head old onion
  • dill, parsley
  • olives
  • black and red pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the veal into very thin (almost transparent) pieces, sprinkle with ground black and red pepper, salt.

Make the marinade by mixing vinegar, lemon juice, wine and soy sauce. Put the meat in it and put it in the fridge overnight.
