Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into pieces (about 2 cm).
In a saucepan, mix white wine, vinegar and water, pour olive oil, add sugar and salt.
Then add the crushed garlic cloves, bay leaf, dill and red pepper.
Put the marinade on the stove and let it boil over high heat. Then pour the carrot pieces into it and let it boil until it softens a bit. Remove them from the liquid, dissolve the mustard in it.
Pour the carrots again and they should stay for 2-3 days in the refrigerator before eating.
