How To Cook Marinated Cheese (canned And For Quick Consumption) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Marinated cheese (canned and for quick consumption)". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

4 kilograms of peppers (maybe hot), in this case - gray

500 milliliters of wine vinegar

500 milliliters of oil

300 grams of garlic

5 links coriander

5 links celery

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Chop the garlic and green spices, mix them. Wash the peppers, make small cross-shaped cuts on top, do not remove the tails. If you use hot variety, fill them with cold water for 2 days, which change 3-4 times a day. Drain the liquid using a colander.

Pour vinegar and oil into a saucepan, add salt. Put on the stove and when the mixture boils, put the peppers (in several portions) to boil for 5 - 7 minutes. Be careful not to boil. Then remove them with a slotted spoon, put in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped garlic and green spices.

Repeat the procedure until the peppers are done.

If you are going to eat right away, put them in the fridge for a few days to marinate and they are ready.

If you have decided to make winter vegetables, put the peppers in clean half-liter jars together with the spices, pour in the remaining liquid, sterilize for 15-20 minutes and turn.
