Necessary products:

500 grams of white brined cheese

200 milliliters of oil or olive oil (whichever you prefer)

1/2 lemon

1 head of garlic

1 tablespoon dill / fennel seeds and some dry stalks of it

1 teaspoon honey

4 - 5 grains of black pepper

1 - 2 grains of allspice

3 - 4 bay leaves

Method of preparation:

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Make the marinade: peel 1 medium head of garlic, squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and grate its peel, chop the bay leaves.

Heat the oil slightly (about 1 minute) and add garlic, pepper, bay leaf, dill, allspice. When the mixture cools, put the rind of the lemon and the juice in which you dissolved the honey. Put the cheese in a jar, pour the marinade, close the container tightly with a lid and store in the refrigerator.

Let stand for at least a week. The longer the cheese is marinated, the tastier it becomes.

You can eat it simply with warm bread or add it to salads, use the aromatic oil for flavoring.

Enjoy!
