Learn how to cook "Marinated cheese with green onions and walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of salted cheese
For the marinade:
60 milliliters of walnut oil
40 milliliters of semi-sweet cider
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 small bunch of green onions
2 teaspoons cane sugar
freshly ground black pepper to taste
For sprinkling:
crushed walnuts
green apples
Method of preparation :
Cut the cheese into thin slices (about 3 mm) and the onion into small pieces.
Make the marinade, mixing the products for it, beat the mixture with a fork until the sugar is completely melted.
Put the cheese in a wide bowl in a row and pour the marinade over it. Close the container and store in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
When removed, arrange the pieces on a plate, pour a little of the marinade and sprinkle with crushed walnuts. You can also add slices of green apple.
