Required products :

cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
hot pepper to taste
black pepper to taste
3-4 grains cloves
mustard grains to taste
parsley or dill to taste

For the marinade:

3 liters of water
7 tablespoons sugar
100 milliliters of vinegar (9%) a
few tablespoons of salt - to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the parsley, chop and distribute part of the prepared amount on the bottom of several jars (3,4,5 - depending on the size of the dishes and the amount of tomatoes used). Add a little chopped onion, carrot and garlic. Put a few cloves, pieces of hot pepper, black peppercorns and mustard.

It's time for the cherry tomatoes, and put some more parsley on them. Fill the jars with boiling water and leave to cool completely (close with lids). Then drain the liquid back into the pan. Place on the stove and when it boils, distribute it again in the jars.

Once their contents have cooled, return the juice to the pan as you did earlier. Then add sugar, salt and bring the mixture to a boil. Pour the vinegar, wait for the marinade to boil again and pour the tomatoes over it while it is still hot.

Fill the jars to the top, close them with boiled lids and turn them upside down. Wrap in a towel or blanket and leave to cool completely.

Enjoy your meal!
